Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering any skill-based competitions on iOA. Operated from the United Kingdom, iOA provides fair, legal, and transparent competitions where entrants answer a qualifying skill-based question for the opportunity to win brand-new, official Apple products and digital gift cards. By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by the policies set out below.

Competition terms and policy overview

Every competition hosted on iOA is structured around skill, knowledge, and complete transparency. Below you will find the official rules governing eligibility, winner selection, ticket quotas, postal entry, and prize dispatch.

Who is eligible to participate?
Competitions are open exclusively to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Entries from individuals located outside the United Kingdom or under the age of 18 are void and will not be eligible to win.

How are winners selected and announced?
After each competition closes, all correct entries (both paid and free postal submissions) are compiled. A winner is chosen at random from the pool of qualifying correct entries. The selected winner will be contacted via email within 48 hours. If the winner fails to respond within 7 days, iOA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

How does prize fulfilment and delivery work?
All prizes are brand new, sealed, and sourced directly from authorised retailers. Physical prizes are delivered to the winner’s verified UK address within 7 to 14 days of confirmation. Digital gift cards are dispatched electronically. iOA is not liable for unexpected delays caused by suppliers or third-party couriers.

What happens if minimum ticket sales are not met?
If a competition does not achieve the required number of entries, iOA reserves the right to either: 1) Extend the competition period to allow additional entries; 2) Proceed with the draw as scheduled using all qualifying correct entries; or 3) Cancel the competition and issue full refunds to all paid entrants.

Is there a free postal entry method?
Temporary notice: Our free postal entry route will be published once our official business mailing address is activated. This will be updated within a few days.

What are the upcoming free postal entry requirements?
Once our business address is active, entrants may enter any competition for free by posting their full name, full postal address, email address, the name of the competition, and the correct answer to the competition question to our registered business address. Free entries must be received before the competition closing date, with a strict limit of one free entry per person per competition.

What skill requirement is necessary to enter?
To qualify for any prize draw, participants must correctly answer a skill-based question or puzzle upon entry. Only submissions with the correct answer qualify for entry into the final prize draw.
